“At Least We’re Not Utica”

While on the air with mayor of Watertown (located 90 miles NW of Utica), a DJ bashes the city of Utica during a live radio program. His remarks have caused quite a stir for locals and one local young person, who also runs the KDCF Utica website, posted a video response.
